Pick Up the Time Card
You will first head to Rahool and pick up the time card he has available. You will max this out by turning in exotic Engrams.
Every Exotic Engram you turn in will give you around 500 XP. This will rank you up to max rank 17.
Pick Up Your Prizes
You will then make sure you have enough space to pick up your prizes, this will unlock Tier 3 focusing at the vendor.
